Using unusual weapons such as chemical, biological and nuclear has always been considered as a deep threat against territories. Chemical and biological weapons cause considerable mortalities, make the existing defensive equipment useless and structures and fundaments inoperative permanently or at least for a long time. However, proper decisions must be taken to maintain individuals, materials, and mechanisms, proper instructions must be given, and information must be kept update in the peacetime. Despite existing limitations, this paper suggests some practical methods to improve readiness of the hospitals and proper solutions in exposure to chemical attacks in terms of giving health care services to the huge amount of injured people.
