Chemical and biological weapons cause considerable mortalities, make the existing defensive equipment useless and structures and fundaments inoperative permanently or at least for a long time. However, proper decisions must be taken to maintain individuals, materials, and mechanisms, proper instructions must be given, and information must be kept update in the peacetime.
