fa بررسی علل مختلف از کارافتادگی پیش از موعد کارکنان نیروی هوایی در طی سال‌های 1371 تا 1382 تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه:</span> نیروی انسانی، مهمترین سرمایه هر سازمان بخصوص نهادهای نظامی می باشد. تمامی مطالعات ارتباط قوی و موثر سلامت تک تک کارکنان را بر کارآیی هر سازمان نشان داده‌اند. از کارافتادگی از مشکلات مهم بهداشتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی در جامعه و نیروهای مسلح می‌باشد که منجر به صرف هزینه‌های گزاف، مراقبت‌های پزشکی و هدر رفتن زمان مفید خدمت می‌شود. در مطالعات مختلف علل شایع از کار افتادگی به ترتیب بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی، بیماری‌های روان‌پزشکی و مشکلات سیستم عضلانی- اسکلتی ذکر شده است. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی: </span>در این مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی گذشته‌نگر پرونده خدمتی تمام کارکنان نظامی و غیر نظامی که طی سال‌های 1371 تا 1382 به علل پزشکی، زودتر از موعد مقرر بازنشسته شده‌اند، بررسی شدند. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته‌ها:</span> در مجموع 1931 نفر طی این 11 سال به علل پزشکی زودتر از موعد مقرر بازنشسته شده‌اند که علل شایع از کارافتادگی افراد عبارتنداز: بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی (3/38%)- جراحی اعصاب (9/17%)، بیماری‌های گوارشی (9/7%)، بیماری‌های چشم (1/7%) و بیماری‌های روان‌پزشکی (9/4%). <br><span style="font-weight: bold">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span> با توجه به شایعترین علت از کارافتادگی (بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی) آموزش عوامل خطر و اقدامات آگاهی دهنده و پیشگیری کننده مناسب در کاهش این بیماری‌ها و میزان از کارافتادگی کارکنان مؤثر خواهد بود. همچنین از بین علل شایع، بیماری‌های روان‌پزشکی بیشترین سال‌های از دست رفته خدمتی را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند که لزوم بهداشت روانی و معاینات روان‌پزشکی قبل از استخدام رسمی را خاطر نشان می‌کند. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background:</span> Manpower is one of the most important assets in every organization especially in military forces. There is an association between personnel's well being and the productivity of every organization. Disability is one of the most important health, economic, social and political concerns in every society and military forces that requires resources and medical care and will result in loss of active duty time. According to studies the most common causes of disability are cardiovascular, psychiatric and musculo skeletal diseases. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> In this retrospeative study, information related to air force personnel that were retired due to medical reasons between 1992-2003 was gathered and analyzed by the SPSS software. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> A total of 1931 personnel were retired early in those 11 years due to medical reasons. The most common causes of disability among them being: 1. Cardiovascular (38.3%) 2. Neurosurgeries (17.9%) 3. Gastrointestinal (7.9%) 4. Ophthalmologic (7.1%) 5. Psychiatric (4.9%). <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion:</span> With cardiovascular diseases being the most common cause of disability its important to improve personnel's general knowledge about coronary artery disease, risk factors and preventive measures to reduce the incidence of this disease and associated disability.
