fa نقش تغذیه و عوامل تغذیه‌ای در پیشگیری از ابتلا و درمان کووید19: یک مطالعه مروری تحقیقی Original <span style="font-family:yekanYW;">مقدمه: کووید19، بیماری عفونی همه‌گیر ناشی از ویروس کرونا به یک تهدید بزرگ جهانی تبدیل شده است. ویروس کرونا به طور عمده سیستم تنفسی انسان را هدف قرار می‌دهد. مشخص شده است که طوفان سایتوکاین و سایر پاسخ‌های ایمنی تغییر نظم یافته با پاتوژنز بیماری همراه است. هر دو سیستم ایمنی و گوارش از نظر دستیابی به مواد مغذی و دفاع از میزبان به عنوان میکروبیوتای روده وظایف مهمی را به اشتراک می‌گذارند. هدف اصلی از این مطالعه عنوان کردن اهمیت تغذیه سالم بر عملکرد سیستم ایمنی بدن و تأثیر آن در پیشگیری از ابتلا و و درمان کووید 19 است.<br> روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مروری، مقالات از پایگاه‌های داده بین‌المللی نظیر پابمد، گوگل&nbsp;اسکالر، ساینس دایرکت و اسکوپوس با وارد کردن واژه‌های کلیدی پاندمی کوید19، سیستم ایمنی، عوامل تغذیه‌ای و مکمل‌های غذایی استخراج شدند. بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج 82 مقاله واجد شرایط مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> یافته‌ها: ریز مغذی‌ها و درشت مغذهایی مانند ویتامین‌ها و هم چنین ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﻋﻨﺎﺻـﺮ ﻧﻈﻴـﺮ روی، آﻫـﻦ، ﺳﻠﻨﻴﻮم و ﻣﺲ، پروتئین‌ها و اﺳﻴﺪﻫﺎی چرب بلند زنجیر امگا 3 ﻧﻘـﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﻲ را در ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ عملکرد ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻳﻤﻨﻲ و اﻓـﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣـﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑـﺮ ﻋﻔﻮﻧﺖﻫﺎی تنفسی نظیر کووید19 اﻳﻔﺎ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﻨد.<br> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: اﻟﮕـﻮی رژﻳـﻢ ﻏـﺬاﻳﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺐ ﺑﺮای ﺣﻔﻆ وﺿﻌﻴﺖ درﺷﺖ ﻣﻐﺬی و ریز&nbsp;مغذی‌های میزبان و هم چنین استفاده از پروبیوتیک‌ها در مواد غذایی می‌تواند یک اقدام مؤثر و امیدوار کننده جهت پیشگیری و درمان بیماری کووید19 باشد.</span> Background: COVID-19 is a pandemic infectious disease caused by the Corona virus, has become a major global threat. The coronavirus mainly targets the human respiratory system. Cytokine storm and other altered immune responses have been shown to be associated with pathogenesis of diseases. The immune and the digestive systems both have been shared the important functions in terms of nutrients acquisition and host defense as gut microbiota. The main purpose of this study was to state the importance of healthy nutrition to boost immunity and its effect on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.<br> Materials and methods: In this review study, articles were collected by searching databases including PubMed, Google Scholar, Science&nbsp;Direct and Scopus using the keywords COVID-19 pandemic, Immunity system, Nutrients, and Nutritional supplement.
