One of the main effects of hypoxia is reduction in mental efficiency. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hypoxia on hypoxic psychological aspects (selective attention and reaction time) among pilots as well as changes in heart rate and blood oxygen levels in the flight simulator of an altitude chamber. Materials and methods: Totally, 53 pilots referred to the altitude chamber at the air physiology center of IRAF were randomly entered the study within 10 months. Initially, the study protocol was described to them. A percentage of arterial oxygen saturation and heart rate and Stroop computer task under normal condition (class) were recorded. Then, in the hypoxic conditions (height 25000 feet) the same items were checked, recorded, and finally analyzed statistically. Results: The results of this study showed that hypoxia increases the reaction time and heart rate in the pilots. Also, it reduced pilots' selective attention and blood oxygen levels. All of the mentioned items were statistically significant. Conclusion: Hypoxia can prolong the response time in the pilots and also disturbs their selective attention and increases the risk of accidents. The importance of this issue in fighter aircraft, which is controlled by one or two pilots, can be much more than in a cargo aircraft. Therefore, hypoxia training in the altitude chamber and attention to its psychological aspects can play an important role in correct and on time recognition of the hypoxia and safety of flights.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mandatory exercise on anxiety and bowel oxidative stress in male rats following the maternal separation stress Materials and methods: In this experimental study, the maternal separation stress on baby rats was applied, so that, babies were separated from their mother during postnatal day (PND) 2 to 14, for 180 minutes a day. At PND 28, rats were randomly divided into five groups including control group, maternal separation stress group, mandatory treadmill exercise, maternal separation with treadmill, and maternal separation with the intake of fluoxetine. At PND 60, after finishing the program, in addition to behavioral tests, biochemical and tissue biopsy, for measuring the oxidative stress biomarkers (ROS level), were applied. Results: Our investigation revealed that only the intake of fluoxetine during adolescence can significantly make change on the anxiety-like behaviors, ROS level, and the level of mitochondrial glutathione; however, the observed difference among the other groups was not significant. Conclusion: This study suggested that maternal separation stress was able to appear anxiety-like behaviors. In addition, a significantly change on the bowel oxidative stress was observed. It seems the effect of exercise on stress can be affected by intensity and duration of exercise, the rest time after exercise, and also the stress level before the exercise.   579 The effect of omega-3 fatty acid supplementation and aerobic exercise on the depression of obese women Yari Shokofe l Taheri Morteza m Irandoust Khadijeh n l Department of Sport Sciences, School of Social Sciences, Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin m Department of Sport Sciences, School of Social Sciences, Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin n Department of Sport Sciences, School of Social Sciences, Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin 1 7 2018 20 2 30 35 10 10 2017 Background: Depression is one of the damaging aspects of obesity which has made more aware of the need for prevention and treatment among researchers and officials.
