fa سم‌زدایی فوق سریع مخدرها (UROD) تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> وابستگی به اپیوئید به عنوان یک اختلال اجتماعی و بیماری فیزیکی قلمداد شده و باید به‌صورت جدی درمان گردد. امروزه تکنیک‌های متعددی جهت سم‌زدایی اپیوئید وجود دارد که جدیدترین آن سم‌زدایی فوق سریع تحت بیهوشی یا UROD می‌باشد. در این روش بیمار تحت بیهوشی عمومی و یا تسکین بخشی توسط آنتاگویست‌های اپیوئیدی طی 8-6 ساعت سم‌زدایی می‌شود. کوتاه بودن زمان روش، تکمیل کامل سم‌زدایی،عدم هوشیاری بیمار در هنگام ایجاد علایم دردناک و زجرآور قطع مصرف،بازگشت سریع به فعالیت‌های روزمره و کاهش زمان بین مصرف آخرین دوز اپیوئید توسط بیمار و شروع درمان نگاهدارنده با آنتاگونیست‌های خوراکی اپیوئیدی، این روش را علی‌رغم همراهی با یکسری عوارض ناخواسته به یک روش انسانی تبدیل کرده است. در این مقاله درباره تاریخچه، اندیکاسیون و کنتراندیکاسیون، متدولوژی،عوارض ،محاسن ومعایب UROD سخن به میان آمده است.انجام تحقیقات بیشتر همراه با نمونه‌های متعدد که باعث افزایش ارزش تحقیقات می‌شود می‌تواند روش فوق را به یک روش ایده‌آل در سم‌زدایی اپیوئیدها تبدیل نماید. </div> Opioid dependence has recently been considered as a social issue as well as a physical disease which requires treatment on its own turn. At present there are numerous methods for opium detoxification. The fastest method is UROD. In this approach the patient undergoes general anesthesia or sedation and is detoxified using opioid antagonists during 6-8 hours. Though sometimes associated with certain unwanted side effects, this approach has been recognized as a convenient one due to advantages suck as: short time required for treatment, complete detoxification, total patient unconsciousness when painful withdrawal symptoms occur, quick recovery and return to daily activities and short interval between the last episode of opiod abuse and initiation of mainteance therapy with oral opioid antagonists. This article coveres a review of literature, indications, contraindication, methodology,side effects, advantages and disadvantages of the UROD method.
