fa بررسی‌ میزان‌ ایمنی‌ نسبت‌ به‌ پولیوویروس‌های‌ تیپ‌I،II وIII در کودکان‌ 3-2 ساله‌ و نوجوانان‌ 15-11 ساله‌ی‌ استان‌ یزد تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه:</span> یکی‌ از اهداف‌ WHO ریشه‌کنی‌ جهانی‌ فلج اطفال در طی‌ سال‌های‌ آینده‌ است‌. اجرای‌ برنامه‌های‌ ریشه‌کنی‌ پولیو از سال‌ 1994 در ایران‌ شروع‌ شده‌ و از سال‌ 2000 به‌ بعد هیچ‌ مورد پولیوویروس‌ وحشی‌ از ایران‌ گزارش‌ نشده‌ است‌. بنابراین‌ در سال‌ 2003 ایران‌ به‌ عنوان‌ منطقه‌ عاری‌ از فلج‌ اطفال‌ (Polio-free) اعلام‌ شد. خطر ورود پولیوویروس‌ وحشی‌ به‌ ایران‌ از کشورهای‌ همجوار افغانستان‌ و پاکستان‌ که‌ هنوز به‌ مرحله‌ی‌ ریشه‌کنی‌ نرسیده‌اند، همواره‌ وجود دارد. برای‌ پیشگیری‌ از ورود و گردش‌ این‌ ویروس‌ها در داخل‌ کشور باید افراد جامعه‌ سطح‌ ایمنی‌ مناسب‌ علیه‌ سه‌ تیپ‌ پولیوویروس‌ داشته‌ باشند. بنابراین‌ انجام‌ برنامه‌های‌ Serum-Survey برای‌ تعیین‌ سطح‌ ایمنی‌ افراد جامعه‌ ضرورت‌ دارد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی: </span>در این‌ مطالعه‌ 699 نمونه‌ سرمی‌ از کودکان‌ 3-2 ساله‌ و 570 نمونه‌ از نوجوانان‌ 15-11 ساله‌ استان‌ یزد جمع‌آوری‌ شد و وجود آنتی‌بادی‌ خنثی‌کننده‌ علیه‌ سه‌ تیپ‌ پولیوویروس‌ در رقت‌ سرم‌ این‌ دو گروه‌ با روش‌ میکرونوترالیزاسیون‌ و به‌کاربردن‌ رده‌ی‌ سلولی‌ HEP2 بررسی‌ گردید. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته‌ها:</span> این‌ مطالعه‌ نشان‌ داد میزان‌ ایمنی‌ نسبت‌ به‌ تیپ‌ های‌ ‌I، II وIII پولیوویروس‌ در گروه‌ 3-2 سال‌ استان‌ یزد به‌ ترتیب‌ 6/98 %، 7/99 % و 7/96 % و در گروه‌ 15-11 سال‌ این‌ استان‌ به‌ ترتیب‌ 9/90 %، 4/95 % و 3/85 % می‌باشد. در این‌ بررسی‌ ارتباط‌ سطح‌ ایمنی‌ با تحصیلات‌ مادر، تعداد افراد خانواده‌، محل‌ زندگی‌ و جنسیت‌ نیز ارزیابی‌ شد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">بحث: </span>نتایج‌ این‌ تحقیق‌ نیز نشان‌ داد که‌ میزان‌ ایمنی‌ نسبت‌ به‌ پولیو II در هر دو گروه‌ سنی‌ از پولیو I وIII بالاتر بوده‌ و وضعیت‌ ایمنی‌ نسبت‌ به‌ پولیو III پایین‌تر از دو سروتیپ‌ دیگر می‌باشد </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Introduction:</span> One of the goals of the WHO is the worldwide eradication of poliomyelitis in the future years. Eradication programs in Iran Started in 1994 and in the year 2003 Iran was certified polio-free by the international commission for the certification of polio eradication. But our neighboring countries are not in the same state of eradication and wild Poliovirus is still circulating in some of them. Presence of Susceptible people to this viruses, can allow The circulation of wild poliovirus in our country. Thus Serum Survey Study can help to determine high risk groups immunization Status. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and Methods: </span>In this study serum samples are collected from 699 children aged 2-3 and 570 adolescents aged 11-15, in urban and rural parts of Yazd province. Presence of type specific neutralizing antibodies for poliovirus type I, II, III have been determined in 1/10 dilution of serum samples by microneutralization test using Hep-2 cell line. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>Overall, neutralizing antibodies against Poliovirus type I, II and III were detected in 98.6%, 99.7% and 96.7% of children samples and in 90.9%, 95.4% and 85.3% of adolescent samples respectively.
