fa میزان آگاهی و نگرش کارکنان بیمارستان نیروی هوایی در مورد قانون در طب تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه:</span> مسأله نارضایتی و شکایت بیماران از پزشکان معالج همواره در بخشهای بهداشت و درمان مورد بحث قرار میگیرد تا حدی که شاخه جدیدی از علم حقوق به نام حقوق پزشکی ایجاد شده است که مجموعه قواعد و مقررات حاکم بر مسایل پزشکی و دارویی را (Medical Law) مورد مطالعه قرار میدهد. از این رو لازم است افراد شاغل در این عرصه با قوانین حرفهای خود آشنا شوند. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی میزان آگاهی افراد شاغل در بخش بهداشت و درمان اداره بهداری و بیمارستان ٦٠٠ ت بعثت نهاجا انجام شد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی:</span> پرسشنامهای شامل نظرخواهی و سؤالات، توسط شرکت کنندگان در سمینار “قانون در طب” که در زمستان ٨٤ برگزار گردید، قبل و پس از شرکت در سمینار تکمیل شد. مورد تجزیه و t و آزمون χ شده و توسط آزمونهای آماری ٢ SPSS اطلاعات حاصل، وارد نرمافزار تحلیل قرار گرفت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> ٥٠ نفر قبل و ٥٠ نفر پساز شرکت در سمینار پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند. مشخصات سن، جنسو تحصیلات در دو گروه یکسان بود. مقایسه دو گروه نشانگر آن بود که اختلاف معنیداری بین نمره نظر افراد راجعبه سطح آگاهی خود در مورد مطالب مورد بحث سمینار وجود این در حالی است که بین نمره پاسخ به سؤالات قبل و بعد از شرکت در سمینار (0/05>P)دارد  اختلاف معنیداری وجود ندارد. حتی در برخی موارد نمره پایین تری پس از شرکت کسب شده است. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">بحث:</span> تداوم آموزش پزشکی، کسب دانش جدید، افزودن به آگاهی های علمی و شرکت در دورههای آموزشی به منظور برخورداری از مهارت های تکنیکی تشخیص و درمان، یکی از معتبرترین اقدامات جلوگیری از خطاهای تشخیصی و درمانی است. همچنین محدود کردن میزان جرایم، محدود کردن مدت مجاز برای ارایه ی شکایت از جمله اقدامات مهمی است که میتواند در حفظ احترام پزشکان مفید واقع شود. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Introduction:</span> Based on many patients’ complaints about attending physicians and pharmaceuticals the problem has been adequately discussed and a branch of law called medical law has been developed which obliges the professionals in these fields to strictly abide by. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and Methods:</span> To evaluate the implementation of Such Law in Be’sat hospital a questioner was devised and after Completion it was assessed in a Seminar in the winter of 1384 and statistically through Software devices were analyzed. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>Two groups each of 50 respondents completed the before and after attending the seminar. In both groups, sex, age, and education were the same.
