fa آسیب های ستون فقرات در خلبانان در زمان استفاده از سیستم های خروج اضطراری تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> سرعت بالا و قابلیت پرواز در ارتفاع پایین سبب شده است تا امروزه سیستم های جدیدی برای نجات جان سرنشینان خلبان های نظامی طراحی شوند که معمول ترین و مهمترین آنها، سیستم صندلی پران می باشد. استفاده از این سیستم صندلی پران ها، اگرچه جان بسیاری را نجات داده است، اما بدلیل اعمال نیروهای بسیار شدید بر بدن، فرد را در معرض آسیب های جدی از جمله آسیب های ستون فقرات قرار می دهد. تا کنون مطالعاتی در زمینه بررسی آسیب های ستون فقرات در زمان اجکشن انجام شده است، اما به هر حال آگاهی ما از میزان بروز و ویژگی های آنها ناکافی است. همچنین گزارش های منتشر شده از میزان بروز شکستگی های ستون فقرات در سیستم های اجکشن جدید نشان می دهند که ما همچنان نیازمند اصلاح سیستم های فعلی و طراحی سیستم های جدیدتر برای کاهش میزان بروز آسیب های ستون فقرات که ممکن است آسیب های نخاعی نیز به همراه داشته باشد، هستیم. هدف ما از مطالعه حاضر، مروری کوتاه بر مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه علل و میزان بروز شکستگی های ستون فقرات در زمان استفاده از سیستم های اجکشن بوده است. </div> The high speed and low altitude led to military aircrafts operate necessitated designing and manufacturing new systems to escape aircrews. The most important and common escape system is ejection seat. Although the ejection seats saved many aircrews, but they are associated with many injuries including spinal fractures due to the severe loading exerted during ejection. There are many studies investigated the spinal fractures following ejection but our knowledge about the incidence, patterns and causes of these injuries are insufficient. Furthermore, the incidence of spinal fractures reported in current studies using modern ejection systems is high enough to remind that the design and structure of the current seats must be modified to reduce the number of ejectees suffering from spinal fractures which may be followed bi spinal cord injuries.
