fa بررسی عوامل استرس‌زای شغلی در کادر پرستاری در یک بیمارستان نظامی تحقیقی Original <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" width="453"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left" style="padding-top:0cm;padding-right:0cm;padding-bottom:0cm;padding-left:0cm;vertical-align:top;"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"> پرستاری به‌عنوان حرفه‌ای شناخته شده است که در آن سطح بالایی از استرس وجود دارد و این استرس شغلی تأثیرات زیان‌باری هم بر سلامت پرستاران و هم بر میزان بروز توانایی‌های آنان در محیط کار دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل استرس‌زای شغلی در کادر پرستاری یک بیمارستان نظامی صورت گرفته است.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"> این پژوهش به‌صورت توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1395 بر روی کادر پرستاری یک بیمارستان نظامی انجام شد. انتخاب نمونه‌ها به‌صورت سرشماری صورت گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه تجدید نظر شده استرس شغلی پرستاری </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">(ENSS)</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"> بود.</span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;">داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری ب</span><span style="font-family:b yagut;">ا </span><span style="font-family:b yagut;">استفاده از نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"> و </span><span style="font-family:b yagut;">با آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و </span><span style="font-family:b yagut;">استنباطی</span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;">نتایج نشان داد که 23/70% کادر پرستاری دارای سطح استرس متوسط بودند. عوامل روانی، فیزیکی و محیط کار اجتماعی، به ترتیب جزء منابع استرس‌زا در میان پرستاران شناخته شدند. عدم حضور پزشک در یک وضعیت اورژانسی تأثیرگذارترین گویه در ایجاد استرس شغلی پرستاران گزارش شد. سطح استرس شغلی پرستاران با سابقه کار (030/0=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;">) و نوع بخش (001/0=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;">) رابطه معناداری داشت.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"> مدیران بایستی با شناخت کامل عوامل تأثیرگذار بر استرس شغلی پرستاران، زمینه جلوگیری از فرسودگی شغلی و موجبات ارتقاء سلامت پرستاران را فراهم آورند.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <p>Background: Nursing is known as a profession with a high level of stress. This occupational stress has an adverse effect on the health and abilities of nurses in the workplace. This study aimed to determine the occupational stressors among nurses of a military hospital.</p> <p>Materials and methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among the nurses of a military hospital selected by census sampling in 2016. Data were collected by the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) questionnaire. Then, the analyses were performed using descriptive and inferential statistical tests in SPSS software.</p> <p>Results: The findings showed that 70.23% of nurses had a moderate stress level. Psychological factors, physical factors, and social working environment were identified, respectively, as stressors among nurses. The absence of physician in an emergency situation has been reported as the most influential statement of occupational stress among this group.
