fa بررسی علل ازکارافتادگی و بازنشستگی پیش از موعد خلبانان نیروی هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران طی سا لهای 1371 تا 1382 تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"><span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه:</span> یکی از حسا س ترین و پرهزین ه ترین مشاغل، خلبانی م ی باشد. زمانی که خلبانی به هر دلیل دچار ازکارافتادگی یا بازنشستگی پیش از موعد شود عملاً هزینه صرف شده به هدر رفته است. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی علل پزشکی ازکارافتادگی و بازنشستگی پی ش از موعد خلبانان نهاجا انجام شده است. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی:</span> در این مطالعه مشخصات و اطلاعات مورد نظر کلیه خلبانانی که طی سالهای 1371 تا 1382 به دلایل پزشکی، ازکارافتاده یا پیش از موعد بازنشسته شده بودند و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها:</span> از میان 49 خلبان ازکارافتاده، بیشترین میزان 39 نفر (79/60%) خلبان شکاری تاکتیکی بودند. تفاوت از نظر تخصص های مختلف پروازی از نظر آمار ی معنی دار بود (0/01>P). بیشترین آنها درجه سرهنگ تمامی داشتند ( 24 نفر معادل 49 %) که تفاوت درجات نظامی از نظر 23 سال بود . میانگین سالهای ازدست رفته خدمتی 6/14 سال بود و بیشترین تعداد افراد 10 سال از دست رفته خدمتی داشتند. ( 10 نفر معادل / خدمتی 14 %20/4 ). در مجموع بیش از 201 سال خدمتی ازدس ت رفته وجود داشت . مقایسه میانگین سالهای ازدست رفته خدمتی در مطالعه ای مشابه بر روی کلیه کارکنان ازکارافتاده از نظر آماری تفاوت (% 46 %) با آن مطالعه (38%) معنی داری نداشت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span> با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده کمترین میانگین سن خدمتی و حداکثر تعداد خلبانان ازکارافتاده و بازنشسته میان تخصصهای مختلف پروازی در میان خلبانان شکاری تاکتیکی وجود داشت . لذا توجه ویژه به این خلبانان ضروری به نظر م ی رسد. همچنین شایع ترین علت پزشکی منجر به ازکارافتادگی و بازنشستگی پ ی ش از موعد، اختلالات قلبی بو د . اقدامات پیشگیرانه و معاینات دقیق تر قلبی خصوصا در معاینات سالیانه به منظور حفظ سلامت این افراد و جلوگیری از اتلاف هزینه ها پیشنهاد میشود.</div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background:</span> One of the most sensitive and costly carriers are pilots, such that any time and due to any reason a pilot is unable to accomplish his duty, practically all prior investments have been wasted. In this study we have tried to medically analyze the disability and early retirement in the IRIAF pilots. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials & Methods</span>: In this study the personal and work information of all the pilots that are disable or have early retirement due to medical reasons between 1371 and 1382 have been studied and analyzed by the SPSS software. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results: </span>Out of the 49 disable pilots most (39 people) were tactical fighter pilots. The variation in profession was statistically significant (P<0.01). Most of the personnel studied were colonels (24 people or 49%) and the variation in military insignia was statistically significant. The average years at service were 23.86 and the average years of service that were left unaccomplished were 6.14. The most unaccomplished years in service were 10 (20.4%) and in total more than 201 years of service had been lost. Comparison of the pilot's average years of disability and those of other personnel shows no significant statistical difference in this studied parameter. The difference in the spread of heart disease in our study (46.9%) with that study (38%) was statistically significant. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion: </span>Considering the results obtained the least average service age and most of the disable and early retired pilots of all professions were tactical fighter pilots, so special attention to them seems necessary. The most popular reason for disability and early retirement were found to be heart disorders.
