fa بررسی وضعیت بهداشت روانی کارکنان اداری مرکز آموزش‌های هوایی شهید خضرایی تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">زمینه و هدف:</span> بهداشت روانی که از پدیده‌های قرن حاضر است یعنی تأمین و حفظ سلامت روانی فرد و اجتماع به نحوی که فرد بتواند فعالیت روزمره خود را به خوبی انجام داده و با اطرافیان و محیط خود رابطه مناسب و منطقی برقرار نماید. هدف این مطالعه بررسی مشخصات فردی با بهداشت روانی در کارکنان اداری مرکز آموزش‌های هوای شهید خضرایی نیروی هوایی بود. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی: </span>این مطالعه پژوهشی از نوع همبستگی است. در این مطالعه به صورت تصادفی 60 نفر از کارکنان اداری انتخاب شد. با استفاده از چک لیست بهداشت روانی که شامل دو بخش روانی و جسمانی بود مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها پس از ورود به کامپیوتر توسط نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته‌ها:</span> نتایج بررسی نشان داد بین سن با بهداشت روانی رابطه معنی‌دار وجود دارد. همچنین بین میزان تحصیلات با بهداشت روانی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین سابقه کار با بهداشت روانی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین میزان درآمد با بهداشت روانی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه مجرد و متأهل در نمره کل بهداشت روانی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span> نتایج پژوهش نقش و اهمیت برخی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر بهداشت روانی در بین کارکنان اداری مرکز آموزش‌های هوایی شهید خضرایی نهاجا را تأیید می‌نماید که با انجام پژوهش‌های دقیق‌تر می‌توان به شناسایی بیشتر عوامل مؤثر بر بهداشت روانی پرداخت و باعث ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت ارتقاء سطح بهداشت روانی کارکنان شد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background:</span> Mental health is currently one the much debated issues. It aims at keeping the personal and social psyche safe and healthy such that the everyday job is done with the highest degree of efficiency and the subject has good interrelations with the society about him or her. The purpose of this study was thus to compare the personal specifications with the mental health in the office employees of the Shahid Khazraei military education center of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and Methods:</span> This research was a correlation study, in which 60 of the office personnel where chosen randomly and forms of mental health containing physical and psychological fields were distributed between them. Data were analyzed by the SPSS software. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> The results revealed that there was a statistically significant relation between age, education, duration of service and income with mental health of an office employee.
