fa بررسی شیوع سرطان‌های مختلف منجر به ازکارافتادگی در پرسنل نیروی هوایی طی سال‌های 1382-1371 تحقیقی Original <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه:</span> ازکارافتادگی یک مشکل قابل توجه است که هم بر عملکرد و هم بر اقتصاد کارکنان و جامعه مؤثر است. یکی از معضلاتی که بیشتر در جامعه شاغل جلوه می‌کند، سرطان است. این مطالعه به بررسی فراوانی سرطان در کارکنان از کارافتاده نیروی هوایی در طی 11 سال (از سال 1371 تا 1382) می‌پردازد. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">روش بررسی:</span> در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی به‌صورت مقطعی و گذشته‌نگر اطلاعات کلیه پرسنل نظامی و غیرنظامی (کارمند) که طی سال‌های 1371 تا 1382 به علل پزشکی و با تشخیص سرطان زودتر از موعد از نهاجا بازنشسته شده بودند، وارد نرم افزار SPSS شد و با استفاده آن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته‌ها: </span>از مجموع 1931 نفر که به علل مختلف پزشکی طی 11 سال، زودتر از موعد بازنشسته شده بودند، 160 نفر (3/8%) سرطان داشتند. میانگین سنی در این افراد 9/5±2/41 سال بود میانگین سالهای ازدست‌رفته‌ی خدمت 6/5±5/7 سال بود. در میان سرطان مختلف، سرطان سیستم عصبی (46 مورد؛ 7/28%) و از جمله تومور مغز (36 مورد؛ 5/22%) و پس از آن سرطان سیستم گوارش (36 مورد؛ 5/24%) بیشترین میزان را به خود اختصاص داده بودند. بین یگان‌های مختلف و سرطان سیستم‌های بدن رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت <br><span style="font-weight: bold">بحث و نتیجه‌گیری:</span> در بین سرطان‌های منجر به ازکارافتادگی، سیستم عصبی و سیستم گوارش بیشترین میزان سرطان‌ها را به خود اختصاص داده بود که با سایر مطالعات نیز همسان است. با توجه به تحقیق انجام شده به‌نظر می‌رسد بین بیماری‌های مختلف که منجر به ازکارافتادگی زودهنگام شده‌اند، بیماری سرطان سهم زیادی را به خود اختصاص نداده است. بروز سرطان‌های سیستم گوارش که به نسبت آمارهای در دسترس، در جامعه ما بیشتر دیده شد، ممکن است ناشی از عادات غذایی خاص و یا شیوه زندگی ناسالم باشد که می‌توان با پیگیری‌های بهداشتی - آموزشی از بروز آنها پیشگیری نمود. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background: </span>Disability is a major problem affecting both function and economy of the laborers and society. Malignancies represent a significant proportion of health problems in the working population. This study attempts to determine the frequency of disabling malignancies in air force personnel in a period of 11 years (during 1371-1382). <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> In a retrospective, cross-sectional design a descriptive-analytical study was conducted on all military and nonmilitary (office workers) personnel who had retired for medical reasons with a diagnosis of cancer during 1371-1382. The SPSS software was used for data analysis. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results:</span> Among 1931 individuals who had an early retirement foe medical reasons, 160 (8.3%) had cancer. Average age was 41.2±5.9 years. Average lost service years were 7.5±5.6 years. The malignancies of the nervous system were the most common type (46 cases, 28.7%), including brain tumors (36 cases, 22.5%), followed by gastrointestinal cancers (36 cases, 24.5%). There was a significant relation between different service and the type of cancer. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Conclusion:</span> The prevailing disabling cancers were observed in the nervous system and the gastrointestinal tract this is similar to other studies. According to our findings cancers do not seem to be a significant etiology for disability.
