fa دستورالعمل ارزیابی بیماری‌های عفونی منتقله در هواپیما: آنفلوانزا طب هوا فضا Aerospace Medicine گزارش کوتاه Brief Report <span style="font-family:yekanYW;">با توجه به گسترش روزافزون سفرهای هوایی در سراسر دنیا، امکان انتقال و گسترش بیماری‌های عفونی مسری از مناطق اندمیک به سایر مناطق بیشتر فراهم شده است. البته با بالا بردن سطح بهداشت و آگاهی مردم می‌توان تا حدود زیادی از این مسئله پیشگیری کرد. همچنین به دنبال سهولت سفرهای هوایی و افزایش سن جوامع، تعداد مسافران مسن با بیماری‌های همراه روبه افزایش خواهد بود که این امر میزان مرگ و میر و ابتلای به دنبال بروز و گسترش بیماری‌های عفونی مسری را فزون‌تر خواهد کرد. پرتکل‌های بهداشتی سختگیرانه که در خطوط هوایی اجرا می‌شود و طراحی مناسب هواپیماهای مدرن امروزی می‌تواند تا حدود زیادی از انتقال بیماری‌های عفونی مسری بکاهد. هدف ما از ارائه این مقاله، تدوین دستورالعمل مناسب جهت ارائه به کارشناسان و مسئولین مربوطه در خصوص آگاه سازی و ارائه بهترین راه کارها در زمان برخورد با یک اپیدمی آنفلوانزا بود</span> Due to the increasing prevalence of air travel around the world, it is possible to spread contagious infectious diseases from endemic areas to other areas. Of course, this can be largely prevented by raising the level of public health and awareness. Also, with the ease of air travel and the aging of communities, the number of elderly travelers with concomitant illnesses will increase, which will increase the mortality and morbidity associated with the spread of communicable infectious diseases. Stricter hygiene protocols implemented on airlines and proper design of modern aircraft can greatly reduce the transmission of contagious diseases.
