fa ملاحظات اخلاقی خدمات روانشناختی از راه دور: یک مطالعه مروری روایتی روانپزشکی نظامی Military Psychiatry تحقیقی Original <span style="font-family:yekanYW;">مقدمه: با گسترش کوید19 در سراسر کشورهای جهان و از جمله ایران، سطح استرس و اضطراب نیز افزایش یافته است. اما به دلیل خطر سرایت بیماری و شرایط قرنطینه، دسترسی مستقیم و رو در رو با متخصصان بهداشت روان محدود و حتی ناممکن شده است. از آنجا که ارتباط از راه دور و به واسطه فناوری در حوزه خدمات روانشناختی در ایران چندان رایج نبوده و دستورالعمل مشخصی نیز در نظامنامه اخلاقی ایران در این خصوص وجود ندارد، هدف این مطالعه بررسی ملاحظات اخلاقی ارائه خدمات روانشناختی از راه دور است.<br> روش بررسی: در این مطالعه به روش مرور روایتی با جستجو کلیدواژههایی مانند روانپزشکی از راه دور، روانشناسی از راه دور، اخلاق و نظامنامه اخلاقی در سایت رسمی انجمن یا سازمان&laquo;روانشناسی&raquo; کشورهای مختلف و در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی ملی و بین المللی، نظامنامهها، دستورالعملها و مقالات معتبر در این حوزه شناسایی شد و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> یافته‌ها: اصول اخلاقی ارائه خدمات روانشناختی از راه دور مشابه اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای معمول حرفه روانشناسی است اما استانداردهای اخلاقی همچون صلاحیت و رازداری، مستلزم ملاحظاتی است که باید درنظر گرفته شده و رعایت شوند.<br> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: جهت ارائه خدمات روانشناختی بهینه و پیشگیری از آسیبهای احتمالی، چنانچه روانشناس پس از ارزیابیهای لازم، تصمیم به ارائه خدمات روانشناسی از راه دور گرفت، باید ضمن داشتن صلاحیت لازم در استفاده از فنآوری ارتباطاتی، از اصول و استاندارهای اخلاقی مربوطه آگاهی یافته و آنها را به کار گیرد.</span> Background: With the spread of Covid-19 cases throughout the world, including Iran, the level of stress and anxiety has also increased. However, due to the danger of transmission of the disease and quarantine conditions, direct and face-to-face access to&nbsp;&nbsp;mental health professionals is limited and even impossible.
