fa بررسی عملکرد مالی یک بیمارستان در بحران کرونا: مطالعه موردی در شهر تهران تحقیقی Original <span style="font-family:yekanYW;">زمینه و اهداف: بحران کرونا، یک شوک سلامتی و تقاضای تصادفی برای بیمارستان‌ها و عملکرد مالی آنها در سال 1399 بود. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی عملکرد مالی یکی از بیمارستان‌های دولتی غیرآموزشی در تهران در پیک اول کرونا پرداخت.<br> روش بررسی: مطالعه به صورت توصیفی و مقطعی انجام پذیرفت. سرفصل‌های هزینه، کانون‌های درآمدی و نهایتاً سود/زیان بیمارستان منتخب در پیک اول کرونا (4 ماهه اول سال 1399) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقایسه آیتم‌های مذکور در ماه‌های معادل در سال 1398 و تعداد مراجعین بخش‌ها بررسی شد تا تأثیر کرونا بر عملکرد مالی مشخص گردد. درصد تغییرات هزینه، درآمد، تعداد مراجعین و نسبت درآمد به هزینه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> یافته‌ها: هزینه‌ها و درآمدها به ترتیب در حدود 75 و 128 میلیارد ریال بود. هزینه‌ها 3% کاهش، درآمدها 21% افزایش و نهایتاً سوددهی 84% افزایش داشت. نسبت درآمد به هزینه به طور میانگین در بازه زمانی مورد مطالعه 1.7 بود. درصد اشغال تخت بیمارستان 21% کاهش داشت.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به کاهش تقاضای خدمات در بیمارستان، انتظار بر زیان مالی بیمارستان در پیک اول کرونا بود. اما کاهش هزینه‌های متغیر و افزایش تعرفه سالیانه خدمات توسط وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، تا حد زیادی از زیان جلوگیری کرد.</span> Background and aims: The Covid-19 was considered as a health shock and led to stochastic demand, which affected the financial performance of the hospitals in 2020.This study aimed to examine the financial performance of a non-training general and governmental hospital in Tehran city, in the first peak of Covid-19.<br> Methods: It was a descriptive and cross-sectional study. Cost headings, revenue centers, and the amount of profit / loss of the selected &nbsp;hospital were calculated for four months of the first peak of Covid-19 pandemic in Iran (20 March 2020 to 21 July 2020).The mentioned items and the number of patients referred in different wards of the hospital were compared with those of the equivalent months in previous year to determine the effect of Covid-19 on financial performance. Percentage changes in costs, revenues, number of patients, and the revenue-to-cost ratio were analyzed.<br> Results: Costs and revenues were reported at about 75 and 128 billion rials, respectively. Our resuls showed that costs decreased by 3%, revenues increased by 21%, and finally, hospital profitability increased by 84%. The average of the revenue-to-cost ratio in the study period was estimated as 1.7.
