fa بهبودی کامل علائم دوره شیدایی شدید در بیمار با تشخیص اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک بعد از عمل جراحی: گزارش موردی روانپزشکی نظامی Military Psychiatry گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-family:yekanYW;">اختلال دو قطبی از اختلالات جدی روانپزشکی با ماهیتی عود کننده و گاهی مزمن است و در اکثر موارد نیاز به درمان و مراقبت طولانی مدت و مادام‌العمر دارد. بدیهی است که‌ این بیماران نیز ممکن است به دلیل بیماری‌های جسمی و اقدامات تشخیصی و درمانی، از جمله جراحی، به بستری در بیمارستان‌های عمومی و بیهوشی نیاز پیدا کنند. در این گزارش بیمار مردی ۵۱ ساله با سابقه ۱۷ سال ابتلا به اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک بستری در یک بیمارستان روانپزشکی شرح داده می‌شود که در دوره عود شدید علائم مرحله شیدایی به دلیل شکستگی مچ دست تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته است. نکته مهم و اساسی در این مورد کاهش کامل علائم شیدایی بعد از عمل جراحی و ریکاوری از بیهوشی است.</span><br> <br> &nbsp; <div><span style="font-family:yekanYW;">Bipolar disorder is one of the serious psychiatric disorders that has recurrent and sometimes chronic nature and in most cases requires long-term and lifelong treatment and care. It&#39;s obvious that due to physical illness and diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures like surgery, these patients may also require hospitalization and anesthesia in general hospitals. In this report, we described a 51-year-old patient with a 17-year history of bipolar type 1 disorder admitted to a psychiatric hospital and during a period of severe recurrence of manic symptoms underwent surgery due to a wrist fracture.
