Triage and flying transportation in injured soldiers

Now a days, flying transportation of the wounded and injured soldiers are used by army and rescue organizations at critical times such as wars and natural disasters. Proper triage of patients play the most important role in declining the number of deaths and results which have left from injured soldiers. History of the injured flying transportation goes to before Second World War. In triage, injured divided into three groups emergency, urgent and normal. Recognition and prognosis of the injured, remedial facilities, ejecting methods, available flying equipments, diplomatic and legal affairs flying attendants, the wounded security while flying-ejecting are general considerations in making decision for ejecting. For the present time three kinds of stretched are used to eject the wounded are, stokes, Neil-Robertson and Pole-Little stretches. The injured preparation before flying ejecting is very significant and should decrease the number of death and wound complications.
